All fantasy aside, the Japanese do something like this with their prostitutes. They're registered and get exquisite medical treatment and care. This is the world's oldest profession. Why shouldn't it be protected? In whose interest is it truly to have these ladies wandering around with sexual infections or disease? And yes, it's great fun to imagine being able to "treat" them in their own, idiosyncratic ways. Sexual potency and timing issues, just for an obvious beginning......and the dialogue would be lovely to listen to
